Programme terms
When exactly do I get paid?
Commission is only created from money we have received. When a referred customer’s invoice is paid, the line is approved. 30 days later — once the refund and chargeback window has closed — it becomes payable and is included in the next monthly payout, provided your balance is at least £50.
Which products does the programme cover?
All of them. One Automotive Systems code attributes a signup to ForecourtOS, WorkshopOS, DrivingSchoolOS, VehicleRentalOS or PreBookingOS. Commission is calculated on the net subscription we collect for that organisation, including extra modules.
How long does commission last?
For the life of the subscription. If they stay, you keep earning. If they cancel, new invoices stop and so does commission. There is no 12-month cliff and no partner-tier maze.
What if a customer refunds or charges back?
The matching commission line is reversed. If it had already been paid out, the amount is offset against your next payout rather than invoiced back.
Which attribution model do you use?
Last click over a 90-day window. If a prospect arrives through your link and later converts, you are credited — unless another partner’s link is the most recent touch. Self-referrals and bids on our brand terms are not eligible.
Do you pay a flat bounty as well?
No. One rate, on collected invoices only. That is the whole scheme.
