Questions
When exactly do I get paid?
After we have been paid. Your 20% sits for 30 days in case they refund, then it goes into the next payout on the 5th if your balance is at least £50.
Which products does the programme cover?
All of them. One Automotive Systems code covers ForecourtOS, WorkshopOS, DrivingSchoolOS, VehicleRentalOS or PreBookingOS. Commission is 20% of the subscription we collect for that organisation, including extra modules.
How long does commission last?
For as long as they stay. Every renewal, upgrade and downgrade is 20% of what we actually collected. If they cancel, new invoices stop and so does commission. No 12-month cliff. No partner tiers.
What if a customer refunds or charges back?
That commission is cancelled. If it is still in the 30-day wait, it never reaches a payout. If we had already paid you, we take it off the next payout rather than invoicing you.
How do you know the customer is mine?
Last click over 90 days, from your link (?ref= or ?via=) or your code at signup. The most recent partner touch wins. You cannot refer yourself, match your own email, or bid on our brand terms.
Is the partner code a discount?
No. They pay the list price. You earn on what we collect.
Do you pay a flat bounty as well?
No. One rate, only on invoices we collected. That is the whole scheme.
