Who we are

Automotive Systems runs this website. Email hello@automotivesystems.co.uk. Privacy contact: hello@automotivesystems.co.uk. A limited company has not been formed yet. When it is, this notice will show the registered name ([REGISTERED COMPANY NAME]), company number ([COMPANY NUMBER]) and ICO number ([ICO REGISTRATION NUMBER]).

This notice covers the hub at automotivesystems.io and automotivesystems.co.uk — not a dealer, school or hire company’s own tenant site. Those organisations are controllers of their customers; we are their processor under a separate contract.

What we collect on this site

Demo and affiliate forms: name, work email, what you run, optional company, audience and how you heard of us.
Optional marketing preference: whether you ticked the news box, when, and which wording you saw (version hub-marketing-v1-2026-09-28).
Partner links: if you arrive with a referral code we store it in a first-party cookie so we can credit that partner.
Optional analytics: page path and whether you clicked a demo button. No advertising identifiers. Only if you accept on the cookie banner.
Rights requests on your data: name, email and the type of request.
Trade desk (our sales queue, not a public form): company name, Companies House number, the work email we were given, and drafts we wrote. Public company records only. No residential address.
Server logs our host keeps for security (IP address, user agent) for a short period.

We do not ask for payment cards on this site. We do not buy marketing lists. Hub forms are not sent to an AI model and are not used to train one.

Why we use it

Reply to a demo or affiliate request — legitimate interests, and the steps you asked us to take.
Optional product emails — only if you tick the box (consent). You can withdraw it.
Tell a limited company, LLP or PLC about software for its trade — legitimate interests, and the PECR rule for corporate subscribers. Sole traders and personal mailboxes are not approached this way.
Run and secure the site — legitimate interests.
Optional analytics — consent.
Deal with a rights or complaint request — legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We do not sell leads. We will disclose data if the law requires it. Processors for this website:

Vercel — Hosts this website and its API routes. May process in the EU and the US.
Supabase — Postgres for demo requests, affiliate applications and optional analytics events. Region as configured on the project.
Resend — Sends email we write to you, and B2B approaches a person has approved. Sending domain is Ireland (eu-west-1).

Not used on this marketing site:

Anthropic — Co-driver inside the product apps. Hub demo and affiliate forms are not sent to a model.
Google Gemini — Stock photo cut-outs in ForecourtOS Image Studio. Not used on this site.
Twilio — SMS and WhatsApp from product desks. Not used on this marketing site.
Stripe — Subscription billing once a plan is taken. No card fields on this site.

How long we keep it

Demo and affiliate requests until we have dealt with them, then up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner or we must keep a record of the request. Analytics events are aggregated; we do not keep a marketing profile of you. If a firm asks us to stop, we keep the address on a suppression list so we do not write again. Rights requests are kept as long as we need to show we handled them.

Business-to-business email

We may email a limited company, LLP or PLC at a work address about software for that trade. Every first email is checked by a person before it goes. The message names who we are, how to book a walkthrough, and how to say stop. Reply stop, use unsubscribe, or email hello@automotivesystems.co.uk, and we will not email that address again. We do not buy lists. We do not cold-email sole traders or personal mailboxes (Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook and the like). We do not send marketing SMS or WhatsApp.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you can complain. Use the request form or email hello@automotivesystems.co.uk. We will acknowledge a data-protection complaint within 30 days and tell you the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

See the cookie notice and the banner on this site. Accept and reject for analytics are equal choices. Customise is on the second layer.

Children

This website is for operators, not children. Do not send us information about a child on these forms.

International transfers

Some processors may be outside the UK. Where that happens we use a UK approved transfer tool.
